- Filmed in 2006, "Bonneville" is set to be released at the end of February. Three women (Joan Allen, Kathy Bates, and Jessica Lange) take a road trip to Santa Barbara in order to deliver the ashes of one of their dead husbands to his resentful daughter. Tom plays Joan Allen's character's husband, Arlo. Also starring in the film are Christine Baranski (reuniting once again with Tom, from "Cybill") and Tom Amandes.
- Tom has signed on to the new production of "A Catered Affair", performing the role of Tom Hurley, opposite Harvey Fierstein, Faith Prince, Matt Cavenaugh, Leslie Kritzer, and others. "Funny, heartbreaking and oh so human, A Catered Affair reveals relationships strained to their limits when a couple must decide whether to spend their life savings on a family business or to launch their only daughter's marriage with a lavish catered affair. Harvey Fierstein's book and John Bucchino's score seize the opportunity to explore the meaning of family and the need for love, both new and reawakened," state press materials. The show is set to open in San Diego in the later part of September and on Broadway at the Kerr Theatre in March 2008.
